Description #

This issue occurs when a vehicle expected to appear within Advanced IFTA is missing from vehicle selection lists, reports, adjustments, or filing screens.

Possible Causes #

  • Vehicle marked inactive
  • Vehicle not assigned to company
  • Vehicle recently added
  • Synchronization delay
  • Missing vehicle configuration
  • User permission restrictions
  • Vehicle archived or removed

Resolution #

  1. Verify vehicle status is Active.
  2. Confirm the vehicle is assigned to the correct company.
  3. Review vehicle setup information.
  4. Perform a data synchronization.
  5. Refresh the application.
  6. Confirm vehicle eligibility for the selected reporting period.
  7. Contact your administrator if the vehicle remains unavailable.
