Description #

This issue occurs when ELD synchronization requires significantly more time than expected to import trip, mileage, and vehicle data.

Possible Causes #

  • Large amount of trip data
  • Slow internet connection
  • Provider API delays
  • Synchronization backlog
  • Server processing delays

Resolution #

  1. Verify internet connectivity.
  2. Allow synchronization additional time to complete.
  3. Review synchronization logs.
  4. Limit imports to smaller date ranges when available.
  5. Retry synchronization during non-peak hours.
