This issue occurs when Advanced IFTA cannot authenticate with your ELD provider due to invalid usernames, passwords, API keys, or authentication tokens.

  • Authentication token expired

Resolution #

  1. Verify your ELD login credentials.
  2. Update stored credentials within Advanced IFTA.
