Description #

This issue occurs when a mileage or fuel adjustment has been entered into Advanced IFTA but is not reflected in reports, summaries, exception reports, or quarterly filing calculations.

Possible Causes #

• Adjustment not saved
• Incorrect reporting quarter selected
• Wrong vehicle assignment
• Incorrect transaction date
• Report filters excluding the adjustment
• User viewing a cached report

Resolution #

1. Verify the adjustment was successfully saved.
2. Confirm the adjustment date falls within the correct reporting period.
3. Verify vehicle assignment.
4. Refresh the report.
5. Regenerate reporting data.
6. Review report filters.
7. Confirm the adjustment is marked active.
