Imported Mileage Differs from ELD Portal

Description #

This issue occurs when mileage shown in Advanced IFTA does not match mileage displayed directly within the ELD provider’s system.

Possible Causes #

  • Different reporting periods selected
  • Synchronization incomplete
  • Vehicle assignment discrepancies
  • Missing imported trips
  • Provider processing delays

Resolution #

  1. Verify both systems use the same reporting dates.
  2. Compare vehicle-by-vehicle mileage.
  3. Review synchronization logs.
  4. Verify all trips imported successfully.
  5. Perform a manual synchronization.
  6. Investigate any remaining discrepancies.
