Description #
This issue occurs when mileage shown in Advanced IFTA does not match mileage displayed directly within the ELD provider’s system.
Possible Causes #
- Different reporting periods selected
- Synchronization incomplete
- Vehicle assignment discrepancies
- Missing imported trips
- Provider processing delays
Resolution #
- Verify both systems use the same reporting dates.
- Compare vehicle-by-vehicle mileage.
- Review synchronization logs.
- Verify all trips imported successfully.
- Perform a manual synchronization.
- Investigate any remaining discrepancies.
