Description #
This issue occurs when a vehicle expected to appear within Advanced IFTA is missing from vehicle selection lists, reports, adjustments, or filing screens.
Possible Causes #
- Vehicle marked inactive
- Vehicle not assigned to company
- Vehicle recently added
- Synchronization delay
- Missing vehicle configuration
- User permission restrictions
- Vehicle archived or removed
Resolution #
- Verify vehicle status is Active.
- Confirm the vehicle is assigned to the correct company.
- Review vehicle setup information.
- Perform a data synchronization.
- Refresh the application.
- Confirm vehicle eligibility for the selected reporting period.
- Contact your administrator if the vehicle remains unavailable.
