Vehicle Missing From ELD Import

Description #

This issue occurs when a vehicle expected to appear within imported ELD data is not available within Advanced IFTA.

Possible Causes #

  • Vehicle recently added
  • Vehicle not assigned within ELD account
  • Synchronization delay
  • Vehicle marked inactive
  • Import configuration issues

Resolution #

  1. Verify the vehicle exists within the ELD provider.
  2. Confirm the vehicle is assigned to the correct account.
  3. Perform a synchronization.
  4. Verify vehicle status is active.
  5. Review import settings.
