Description #
This issue occurs when a vehicle expected to appear within imported ELD data is not available within Advanced IFTA.
Possible Causes #
- Vehicle recently added
- Vehicle not assigned within ELD account
- Synchronization delay
- Vehicle marked inactive
- Import configuration issues
Resolution #
- Verify the vehicle exists within the ELD provider.
- Confirm the vehicle is assigned to the correct account.
- Perform a synchronization.
- Verify vehicle status is active.
- Review import settings.
